Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to Nest Review, Control Map, Worksheet Pass, Intercompany Stream Clinic, Segment Disclosure Desk, and Holding Desk enrollments paid under a Net Data Stream invoice. Complimentary seats and partner scholarships follow the terms on their offer letter instead.

Timeframe

Full-refund requests must arrive in writing at least seven (7) calendar days before the cohort start date or Worksheet Pass access date stated on the invoice. Requests inside that window are evaluated for partial credit only.

Full refund conditions

A full refund of tuition fees is available when (a) you cancel within the timeframe above, or (b) we cancel a cohort and cannot offer a suitable alternative date within sixty (60) days. Bank transfer fees charged by your bank are not reimbursed unless we cancelled the program.

Partial refund conditions

If you withdraw after materials are released but before the midpoint of a live cohort, we may issue a partial refund of up to fifty percent (50%) of tuition, less the value of sessions already delivered. After the midpoint, tuition is generally non-refundable. Worksheet Pass purchases become non-refundable once download links or answer keys are issued.

Non-refundable items

On-site venue fees for Holding Desk events in Seoul, third-party exam vouchers (if any), and custom branding production already completed are non-refundable. Administrative invoice amendment fees stated on the invoice are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email info@netdatastream.digital with subject line “Refund request,” your invoice number, learner name, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and issue a decision within ten business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method (typically bank transfer) within fourteen (14) business days after approval. Currency conversion differences are borne by the payer’s bank.

Cancellation by Net Data Stream

We may cancel or reschedule for instructor illness, insufficient enrollment, or force majeure. You may transfer to a later cohort at no charge or receive a full tuition refund.

Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or mandatory military service may qualify for transfer or extended partial refund outside the standard window at our discretion. Consumer rights under mandatory Korean law remain unaffected where they apply.
